Working a few hours in the evening, the weekend or even during our holidays is quite common and equally productive.

Coach Attendance at meetings: The coach, being a neutral person, makes a useful contribution by attending team and departmental meetings, management meetings etc. By listening and reading between the lines the coach might widen views and perspectives and help the group create different approaches to a subject.

International Coaching: Individual coaching in the respective languages are interspersed with team coaching in, for example, English. Each individual will have the opportunity to have their own personal coaching session in their native language. This, in turn will give the coach valuable information in preparation of the team meeting to be held in English. As every meeting participant has had the opportunity to talk straight from their own reality, the coach can take this into consideration during the team meeting.

    About Ingrid Timmermans

    Ingrid Timmermans is originally coming from Flanders (Belgium) and was born in Leuven.
    After a four-year university education of Licentiate Interpreter / Translator and subsequent courses aimed at personnel development, her professional language career became more and more focused on staff development with emphasis on interpersonal and intercultural relationships.

    Ingrid speaks Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish and Swedish.

    She has worked within both the public sector, for the Flemish Government, and the private sector, for multinational companies in Belgium and abroad.Cultural differences and communication across the borders are well known to her after a long and varied career within the field of PR and communications, marketing, customer service and personnel development.
    As part owner of a medical company offering occupational medicine, Ingrid has worked as executive coach for the affiliated companies. Here it became even more clear to her that people who are recognized by their employer allowing them to develop their own potential, reach a higher level of efficiency and satisfaction.
    Her work as a professional certified coach within the ICF (International Coach Federation) gives her enormous satisfaction in being able to contribute to both the private life of individuals and in the development of organizations.
